All SAERRA orders are hand-inspected at our atelier and packed in signature archival packaging. Orders are dispatched via verified express courier partners across India.

Delivery Estimates: Final delivery estimates, courier options, and shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on the destination PIN code. Standard delivery transit is typically 3–5 business days from dispatch, depending on destination courier serviceability.

Complimentary Shipping: Standard delivery is complimentary on qualifying orders above ₹2,999 within India. For orders below ₹2,999, standard shipping is calculated at checkout (₹199).

We want you to feel confident in the drape and proportion of every garment. We accept returns and size exchanges for eligible domestic orders.

Eligibility Conditions: Garments must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original condition with all atelier security tags and packaging intact.

Exchange Process: To request a size exchange or return, initiate a request via your Account Dashboard or contact client care with your order ID.

Upon receipt and quality inspection of returned items at our atelier, approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment (UPI, Card, or Netbanking via Razorpay).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are credited via secure bank transfer or store credit upon customer verification.

Our client services team is available Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST to assist with sizing advice, order inquiries, and styling recommendations.

SAERRA respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. We collect customer contact and delivery information solely for order fulfillment, account authentication, and verified review validation.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. All payment processing is securely managed by certified payment gateways using encrypted protocols.
